This past Friday I turned 26, and I truly had the most special weekend with my loved ones! My friends, husband, and I drove down to Manhattan Beach and enjoyed the sunset along the water, and indulged in the best beach bonfire. We laughed, relaxed, and enjoyed so many sweets, and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Thank you, everyone, from the bottom of my heart for all the love you showed me, and for making me feel so special on my birthday! I love each and every one of you and appreciate all the well wishes! Yummy Snacks: No bonfire is complete without s’mores! Grab some marshmallows, Hershey bars, and graham crackers before you head out the door so you can enjoy this amazing campfire classic. I also love bringing homemade cookies or rice krispy treats to spice things up a little too, and cater to my huge late night sweet tooth!
Beach blankets: I love this beach towel by Serena and Lily. It’s so elegant and comfy and has become one of my essentials for any beach trip. I also love to bring some quilts to stay warm around night time since the temperature can really drop by the beach in LA! My current favorite would have to be Levtex home beach life quilt from Bed, Bath and Beyond!
Skewers: This is one of those things that is easy to forget to bring, but so important! My go-to skewers right now that I know I can always rely on are from Martha Stewart’s collection.
Campfire games: Nothing beats a game around the bonfire to make amazing memories with family and friends, and have a good laugh! My favorite games to play are Charades and Heads Up!
Speaker: A good speaker will easily elevate your bonfire from 0 to 10! Jam out to the best tunes with family and friends. I have been using this one from Apple. There’s nothing like music when it comes to bringing people together. My favorite songs right now are 10,000 hours by Dan & Shay, and Southbound by Carrie Underwood!
