I know I’m not Wit, but running, crunches, and squats are amazing to start to build up muscle, and also, see if your town/city have any dance companys, and if there are some, join one that has the best reviews!! Also, if your school has a drill team, ask one of the older girls on the team if they could help you!! Hope that helps some!

Close your eyes and feel what the music is telling you! Is it a big dramatic ending? Is it something simple and soft? Create an ending by recognizing the story and the feel of the number

Stretching is super important before and after you dance! Make sure to get in your ballet classes. Most important!

I competitive dance with a studio and I’m a part of my local high school team! Watching you and Lindsay on DWTS has inspired me and has made me want to learn ballroom soo bad!! Is 16 too late?? (Also your and Lindsay’s friendship is goals and I LOVE watching you two!!)

Oh, and love watching you on DWTS. I have been following the show since season 18 and seeing you dance there is a gift everytime. I love your dance style. ❤ And I enjoy watching DWTS so much more than “Let’s Dance”, the “german DWTS”. It’s just so much better. ? I would love to start ballroom and latin dance, bur I think, it’s a little bit late for me. ?
Furthermore, you are the reason I started informing about mormonism and I love to learn about it. The LDS church seems to be so wonderful. ☺ I’m a christian and I love that you live your faith just as I do.

While I do#7&821n;t necessarily agree with the vitriol, I do agree that it’s a nuisance when people block the walkway with their scooters. It’s equally annoying to me as when kids are running all over the place like wild animals.
