Calling all the LADIES!
Let’s get real for a few. With life moving as fast as it does, amid the nonstop craziness of our day-to-day, nobody has time for periods anymore… Am I right?? And if you’re like me, enjoying an incredibly active lifestyle just adds to the madness! But, since we’re being real, nature is still nature, so we might as well just go with it… Thankfully, I’ve recently discovered Tampax Pearl Active, and let me tell you, serious game changer. I love that I finally found a product that works so well with my level of activity! It’s amazing having one less thing to worry about. The best part is that I can easily find Tampax Pearl Active in one of my many CVS runs! I’m always popping in and out of there to quickly pick up any and everything.
I’ve been trying out a lot of new workout classes lately, trying to expand my horizons and mix things up. By far, my favorite discovery is boxing! I feel so tough and empowered during every class, and I work up a crazy sweat, it’s insane! I highly recommend spicing up your exercise routine every once in a while, you might fall in love with a new workout that you never even knew existed!
